Charlotte grew up in a rich family in Regina. She had the money, the looks and was the most popular girl in school. As the stereo type is, rich pretty people are snobs, this was so her. She whined when she didn’t get her way with her parents and bossed around all the boys, who of course did what she said because of her looks. At the age of 12, her and two boys in her class especially picked on this one kid. At his 12th birthday, they went too far. They tied him up and tried to drown him. It didn’t work. Not knowing why her, and the other kids all made fun of him more. He eventually disappeared and was never heard of again. Charlotte could care less. They started to pick on their next victim. A girl who was friends with the boy. After a week of teasing her, Charlotte started getting huge head pains. She thought they were just head aches and shrugged it off.
The pains started to get worse since she was in high school. This is when she went to her father, who took her to the greatest doctor they could find. He told her they were just migraines and gave her medicine that he said should help her. Charlotte took the medicine and the pains weren’t as bad. One day when Charlotte was out with her boyfriend, he told her he loved her. The pains in Charlottes head were so bad she passed out with pain. Her father then took her to a new doctor. He asked her questions, about when she got these pains, and she realized it happened every time someone lied. Charlotte freaked out, and so her dad decided to send he to a private school in which would help her with her weirdness. The minute she stepped out of the car she started screaming and fell to the ground shacking.
The doctors on campus analyzed her and told her that the reason she had head pains was because she had copied someone else’s power, and that the reason she had reacted the way she did when she came to Lunar was because she had a special power. Her power was being able to copy other people’s powers. She had to be kept away from the other kids till she got her power under control. After two months of only spending time with her teachers and doctors she was finally ready to join the other students.
She made friends fast, ones just like her, and was soon once again happy. She soon found out the kid that she tried to drown went here. She ignored him though and continued to bully other kids.
